With companies from fast food restaurants to Amazon all attempting to perfect delivery by drone it was only a matter of time before Practical Beacon Solutions unveiled its vision.

 

The resulting aircraft by PBC is larger than many rival drones, with a wingspan of approximately 1.5m (4.9ft), and is powered by four electrically-driven propellers.

 

So far it has successfully delivered small items, including a first aid kit, candy bars, dog treats, and books in FSCJ, Downtown campus.

 

The prototype drone is able to hover above its destination and drops its load on a string.
